Carron personally serves as our Creative Director, Lead Planner, Floral Designer and Cake Artist. She has worked closely with and served Texas brides for over 20 years. She is certified in wedding planning and design, has a master pastry confection certification and has a passion for helping couples begin their lives together in style providing luxury they can afford.

Director of Guest Services
Tammy Smith manages our guest services team and serves as lead event manager and catering captain. Her bachelors degree in Business & Event Management and years of experience makes her an expert in customer service. Her guest serviced team are seasoned wedding professionals with years of experience. She along with our entire team are here to serve you.
Chef Walter Bobien has been serving his Texas inspired cuisine for more than two decades. He has developed his own techniques coupled with a modern culinary education to perfect his menu. He aspires to serve your guests and loved ones the best meal ever to celebrate the occasion in culinary style.
